The Gossip Girl Experience in New York City is a guided visit to the show's real filming locations — the Met Steps, the Empire Hotel, Ladurée, the Upper East Side and Central Park — travelling between them by open-air pedicab or private vehicle with a local guide.
It is not a screening, a set or a photo studio. It is the city itself: you ride through Midtown and the Upper East Side with a guide who stops at the buildings, steps and corners the series was actually shot on, cues up the scene you know each one from, and gets out with you so you can photograph it.
Everything happens in Manhattan, on your own private ride. Routes run 60 minutes to 3 hours, and the longer ones add the landmark hotels and Central Park. It is operated by Gossip Girl Tours, a New York City tour company running these routes with its own guides and pedicabs.
Five formats, all covering the same city and the same show — the difference is how much time you have and whether you ride open-air or by vehicle.
The short introduction: the headline filming locations closest to Midtown and the Upper East Side, in an open-air pedicab. Ideal if you have an hour between other plans.
Our most-booked ride. Ninety minutes covers the scenes fans ask for most — the Met Steps, Ladurée, the Empire Hotel and the Upper East Side blocks.
Twice the time of the shortest route, so there is room for photographs at every stop, plus the landmark hotels: the Lotte New York Palace, the St. Regis and The Plaza.
The fullest version: the complete filming-location list plus time inside Central Park at Bethesda Terrace, Blair's apartment and the Constance Billard school building.
A private, climate-controlled vehicle instead of a pedicab — the comfortable choice for larger groups, winter dates or guests who prefer not to ride outdoors.

The show's New York is concentrated in a few walkable blocks, which is why even a short route reaches so much of it. Longer routes cover more of this list.
Every address, with the scene it belongs to, is in our guide to Gossip Girl locations, and the park stops are covered on our Central Park tour page.
Open-air pedicab routes start and finish at 1700 Broadway in Midtown Manhattan, a short walk from Columbus Circle and the 57th Street subway stations.
The private bus and SUV experience departs from the Starbucks at 340 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10173, near Grand Central Terminal.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time to check in and meet your guide. Late morning and the hour before sunset give the best light at every stop.
Real guest photos from the Upper East Side and Midtown stops, so you know what to expect before you choose a route.
